General Aim and Major Purpose
The aim of the practical course is to learn how to analyse NGS data with Galaxy. Multiple topics of modern NGS data techniques like mapping, assembly, RNA-seq or Hi-C are covered. It is recommended to participate the lecture "Introduction to Data Driven Life Science" in parallel.
It is mandatory for the students to hand in two to three pages of report for each covered topic within the deadlines listed on Ilias. In addition, the Galaxy histories need to be shared with us. The report need to be uploaded to Ilias, the history is shared via usegalaxy.eu.
